AcuEase 30-Day Refund Policy

At AcuEase, your comfort and satisfaction are extremely important to us. We proudly stand behind the quality of our products and strive to provide every customer with a positive experience.

Because our products are personal wellness devices, we do not accept traditional product returns. However, we do offer eligible refunds within 30 days of delivery under the conditions outlined below.

Please read this policy carefully before submitting a refund request.


30-Day Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.

To qualify for review, your request must include:

• Your order number
• The email used to place the order
• A brief description of the issue
• Supporting photos or video if applicable

Requests submitted after the 30-day window are not eligible for refunds.


No Physical Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, AcuEase does not require or accept physical returns.

Customers are not required to send products back. Instead, our support team reviews refund requests through a verification process to determine eligibility.


Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

 

1. Damaged or Defective Product

If your AcuEase product arrives damaged or is not functioning properly, you may qualify for a refund or replacement.

Please provide clear photo or video evidence showing the issue.


2. Incorrect Item Received

If you received the wrong product, please contact our support team and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


3. Lost in Transit

If your package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we may issue a refund or replacement after investigating the shipment.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for the following situations:

• Requests submitted after 30 days of delivery
• Normal product wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
• Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
